How do I reserve?
Secure your place with a 20% deposit at checkout. Your dates are instantly confirmed.
When is the balance due?
60 days before departure. For bookings within 60 days, the full amount is charged.
Which currencies do you accept?
All prices are in CHF. Your card provider handles conversion at their rate.
Is payment secure?
Yes—our checkout uses encrypted payment gateways and 3‑D Secure where supported.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout and we’ll email instructions.
License requirements?
Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years. An International Driving Permit is recommended if your license is not in Roman alphabet.
Minimum age?
25+ for primary driver. Additional drivers can be added if they meet the same criteria.
Insurance coverage?
Comprehensive vehicle insurance with reasonable deductible is included; upgrade options available.
Navigation & support?
Preloaded GPS routes, offline maps, and on‑call tour support during driving hours.
Safety standards?
Weather checks, pass status monitoring, and briefings on mountain driving etiquette.
Can I customize the route?
Yes—minor swaps are free; deeper tailoring is available via our Custom & Private service.
Hotel standards?
Hand‑picked romantic 4★–5★ hotels with excellent reviews and location for scenic drives.
Room types?
Double occupancy by default; suite upgrades on request and subject to availability.
Special occasions?
Tell us about anniversaries or proposals—we’ll coordinate surprises with our partners.
Included as standard
Mercedes SLK cabriolet, cultural guide, curated scenic routes, hotels with breakfast, tastings, and a personalized travel video.
Optional add‑ons
Private airport transfers, gourmet dining, spa access, special occasion touches, and enhanced photo/video packages.
Meals

Are fuel and tolls included?
Fuel and road vignettes are not included unless stated; we brief you on costs and where to buy.
What should I pack?
Layered clothing for alpine swings, waterproof jacket, light gloves, sunglasses, and soft‑sided luggage for the SLK trunk.
Best seasons?
May–October for high passes; spring and autumn offer quieter roads and golden scenery.
Rain or snow?
Tours run in varied weather. We monitor pass openings and suggest scenic low routes if a pass closes.
Dress code
Smart‑casual is perfect for most dinners; pack one elegant outfit for special evenings.
Changes & cancellations
Free date change up to 90 days before departure (subject to availability). Cancellation fees increase as the start date approaches—see full Terms.
What if a pass closes?
We adapt with beautiful alternative routes or adjust overnight stops if needed.
What’s not included?
Fuel, most lunches/dinners, parking, city tourist taxes, and personal expenses unless specified.
