Terms & Conditions

The Operator refers to AOLONE SARL – AUTOTOURSWISS (Auto Tour Swiss). The Client refers to the person(s) making and/or participating in the booking. Tour means the guided cabriolet experience described on this website. Contract means the agreement formed when the Operator confirms a booking and receives the deposit. Force Majeure includes events beyond the Operator’s reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions).
Booking is confirmed upon written acceptance and payment of a non‑refundable deposit (typically 30%). The balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. Prices are shown in CHF and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees and bank charges are borne by the Client. If the balance is not received on time, the Operator may treat the booking as cancelled by the Client. Promotional offers apply only within the published validity period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Client‑initiated changes are subject to availability and may incur fees. If the Client cancels: more than 60 days before departure, loss of deposit; 31–60 days, 50% of tour price; 0–30 days or no‑show, 100%. Operator‑initiated changes will aim to deliver an equivalent or superior experience; if a significant change is necessary, the Client may accept an alternative or request a refund of recoverable costs. In cases of Force Majeure, reasonable adjustments or credits may be offered at the Operator’s discretion.
Drivers must hold a valid driving license recognized in Switzerland and be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record. A security deposit/credit card pre‑authorization may be required for vehicle use. Clients agree to follow local laws, road rules, and guide instructions at all times. The Operator may refuse participation or remove any Client whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive without refund. Clients are responsible for personal belongings and travel documents.
Included: Mercedes SLK cabriolet for the tour, accommodations as described, cultural guide services, curated scenic routes, select tastings, and a personalized travel video. Not included: international flights, visas, personal travel insurance, fuel, road tolls/vignettes, parking fees, some meals and drinks, optional add‑ons, and personal expenses. Full details appear on each tour page and in the booking confirmation.
Comprehensive vehicle insurance is provided with applicable deductibles; exclusions may apply for reckless driving, intoxication, or breach of contract. Clients must hold personal travel insurance covering medical care, trip interruption, and personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Tour; the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions relevant to participation and comply with safety instructions, including weather‑related adjustments. Seatbelts are mandatory; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The Operator may adapt routes, timings, or activities for safety reasons without constituting a significant change.
We process personal data to manage bookings, deliver services, and comply with legal obligations. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to consumers under their local laws.
If an issue arises, please inform your guide promptly so we can resolve it during the Tour. If not resolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days of return so we can investigate. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and propose fair remedies where appropriate.
